Many people become anxious or stressed due to family problems or work issues; you are not alone. Sometimes just talking about your issues can help put things into perspective.

I'm here to offer you a friendly approach to counselling. I will sensitively listen to what you need to say, and provide you with support to help you accept what you are feeling and make changes so you can experience more resilience to cope and flourish in life.
